Steps to get the service  

1.      If the scholarship is arranged by the Ministry of Education or its institutions, all documents of the candidate, signed by the authorized personnel of the organization and authorized, will be sent to the Ministry of Education higher education development and reform office.

2.      If the applicant cannot be present, the representative can be present with his/her power of attorney and ID

3.      If the applicant cannot be present, documents can be posted  to the office  

4.      the documents will be evaluated by higher education development and reform office
